Charmed Sailor Destiny

For Dragonstars contest on ToT, where we were to create a senshi that crosses over Sailor Moon and Charmed. Sailor Destiny is an unusual case. He was born as th twin of the next Angel of Destiny. However ans accident had caused his twin to die in birth, and the powers sought out the next available host, which was destiny. The powers fused with Destiny's sailor crystal giving birth to Sailor Destiny, the Angel of Destiny. His weapon is a white leather version of the Halliwell book of shadows, called the Destiny Tome
