The reason for this is because I'm redoing Phaedos' entire story, and I decided to give him a Sol-style fuku do to his coming to Earth and his planets part in the Silver Millennium. Phaedos is the same as before, only with a new appearence.

He is on Earth tracking down Lord Ivan and his soul stealing Tengu warriors, and has a similar temperment to the one the outer had in the S season of the anime. He doesn't like the senshi because the Silver Alliance left his planet at Ivans hand, causing most of the planet to become uninhabitable.

Despite his being part of the alliance, he is not part of the court of the moon, therefore, not a part of the team, though he is grouped with the outers due to his strength. He and Neptune seem to hate each other and fight like cats and dogs, moreso than the other senshi.
