Idol Sailor Nikkichou

Nikkichou's up-graded form. He recieves this form after reconciling his past and joining Sailor Moon and the others. He is able to participate in the sailor planet attack in this form and accquires a new "planet" attack. He has goggles he normally has in this form but I didn't draw them.
